Steering linkage plastic bushings, identical to OEM dimensions with the exception of length which is 0.5 mm shorter...good luck measuring that.

OEM part # 10-0510-039, item 5 in exploded view, quantity 8 per bike.

IGUS brand, can be purchased from manufacturer (for individual order price shown) or purchase from me for forum price which is $5 less on all quantities.  Includes shipping to the lower 48.  PM me to order.

$3 shipping, $17 total.

The iglideŽ Clip2 bearing is a thin walled bearing in the iglideŽ M250 material with beveled
edge for extremely simple installations. The diagonal slit helps to compensate for poor housing
bore tolerance as well as temperature and humidity changes. These self lubricating plain
bearings are defined by their impact strength, vibration dampening, and wear resistant properties.
They excel in applications in which vibration dampening is necessary, for example, in fitness and
packaging machines.

I finally got a chance to put one set of the bushings I got from you in one of my bikes.... Wow, what a differance!!! They fit perfect and now the suspension moves up and down freely and smoothly, and has absolutely NO side play!!! Can`t wait to ride it next spring to see how much better it handles!!
Thanks, SeaDonkey!!

This is my set up.
Put a 3/8 stainless fender washer against the post so the stainless bushing will not hob itself into the aluminum and so the plastic bushing will not wear the aluminum.
A second washer goes on the outside to trap the stainless bushing. I can now tighten the entire assembly and still have free movement in the swing arm.
